Mr. Nafees is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, and a Gold Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Additionally, he is a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IAA), USA.

With over 50 years of extensive experience in auditing, taxation, and management consultancy services, Mr. Nafees has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile projects. Notably, he was instrumental in the formation of Etisalat in 1976, contributing to the development of its systems, procedures, and financial statement audits until 2004. He also conducted the financial due diligence of Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Limited (PTCL), which was acquired by Etisalat in 2006.

iConsult, founded by Mr. Nafees in 2013, specializes in taxation services, company formation, business modeling, planning and feasibility studies, compliance services, bookkeeping, and accountancy. Under his leadership, iConsult has grown to serve a wide range of clients, offering tailored solutions for diverse business needs.

Mr. Nafees has also been instrumental in establishing various large companies in Dubai, including Blueground, Dietsmann, Emirates Neon Group, Shan Foods, State Life, TCS Courier, Ultra Pharma, Al Madani Group, among others. His efforts have facilitated the setup of hundreds of other businesses, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in the UAE business community.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Nafees is deeply committed to community service. He has served as the Chairman of the Dubai Computer Society, Pakistan Chartered Accountants Forum, and Pakistan Professional Forum. 

Currently, he holds the position of Vice-Chairman at the Pakistan Business Council, where he continues to contribute to the advancement of professional and business networks.
